"This recipe was easy to prepare and was a HUGE hit at a luncheon! I hoped that I would be able to take a piece home to enjoy later, did not happen! Even people that said that they didn't like pumpkin loved this awesome dessert! I will be making this again next week for my lunch bunch meeting. A note to other users that make this cake, 1 hour is enough to properly cook this cake, it may look like it is a little giggly in the middle but cooking it longer causes it to crack. Cracks didn't keep it from being AMAZING, but if you want it to be as pretty as it is tasty, make sure that your oven is properly preheated and you will NOT be dissappointed!

"I wanted to try something new for a gourmet lunch club I recently joined. I chose gazpacho because I have never had it. This recipe was a HUGE success!! People that were not able to attend the meeting were telling me how good it was! I will certainly make this again! Chilled over night and it was AMAZING! I will be making this again!
