Reviewed Garlic and Cheese Popovers
"I'm not giving up on this recipe yet! I hope the second time around yields a better popover though. I changed up the recipe by seperating the eggs and making a meringue out of the egg whites first then folding that in with the rest of the ingredients. What happened was flat heavy muffins! Exactly opposite of what I was going for. I will try the recipe one more time and stick to the recipe as is. Hope yours turn out better than mine did :(
