"I made this last night for dinner; great! My one alteration was to add Thai chili pepper paste instead of the dry cayenne. Regardless, the mixture stuck together well. As Alton says, don't squeeze the mix and use 1 egg only. Great glaze mix also. This is another keeper for the winter (or anytime, I guess) when you want an excellent meat loaf.""
