Totally tweeked this recipe. I sauted shallots, baby bella mushrooms and finely chopped garlic with butter and add the worcheshire sauce in one pan. In another pan I brown the ground beef(80/20)with salt and pepper. In a sauce pan I melt 3 tbls. butter, once the butter is melted add 3 tbls.(a rouge)then add one 14 oz can of beef broth adding slowly...
