Reviewed Brussels Sprouts Supreme

"Had this for Thanksgiving, everyone loved it. Braised the sprouts earlier in the day and had a quick finish at dinner. My family loves brussel sprouts and pine nuts and chiles, so a big hit for them.

Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"Another winner. Drying the turkey overnight is the way to go for a crispy skin and moist turkey. I'm not a turkey fan, but do it for the family and friends. The drippings made an amazing gravy, although like one viewer, knowing my family's tastes added only a bit of apple cider and omitted the cinammon. Big hit. This will be my turkey recipe for next year.

Reviewed Crispy Mustard Braised Pork Belly

"This is a coronary on a plate, having said that........WHAT A WAY TO GO. Have to be honest, didn't do the dry rub because of the busy Thanksgiving holiday and all the other food preps. The flavor and texture was amazing all the same. A small bite will do you, but you can't help coming back and picking at the crunchy bits. Anne, you are an amazing teacher, and so entertaining to watch, thanks. I've frozen the leftover belly and am going to stuff a bone in pork loin with it and the fennel/onion mixture for Christmas dinner.
