Had this for Thanksgiving, everyone loved it. Braised the sprouts earlier in the day and had a quick finish at dinner. My family loves brussel sprouts and pine nuts and chiles, so a big hit for them.

Another winner. Drying the turkey overnight is the way to go for a crispy skin and moist turkey. I'm not a turkey fan, but do it for the family and friends.
