Reviewed Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Cookies

"I loved it. But when I first made the recipe I couldn't find dried peaches so I used dried apricots. Awesome twist! I did make the recipe with dried peaches when I finally found some. But I prefer to use the dried apricots. I get rave reviews when I make these cookies and bring them to work. They are gone in a blink of an eye.
Plus..I make the dough ahead of time and freeze the dough in balls. I then store them in freezer bags with the directions written on the bag. But one tip because they are frozen the cookies do take a little longer to bake. This dough freezes really well. I simply just take out the number of cookies I want and bake them anytime.
