Reviewed best tomato soup ever

Great Tomato Soup! This soup is easy to make and tastes great. I used an immersion blender to make it smooth due to picky eaters- even they loved it. I have also made without Sherry as well as with milk instead of heavy cream and it is just as wonderful. My go to tomato soup recipe!

I am not sure what I did wrong. Did I misunderstand a step in the recipe? When I saw this episode I wanted to make this soup right away it looked so good. I have to agree with the reviews regarding the overwhelming onion flavor as written. WIth less onion this soup would be fantastic. For my taste too much onion in the original recipe. The garlic level could also be overwhelming for some. I really liked the addition"
