This is a great recipe and one that can be made ahead of time up to the eggs/heavy cream mix on top. I didn't use porcini mushrooms and just added 1/2 cup white wine for the extra liquid. Also, like an another reviewer suggested, I mixed the rice and mushrooms together and layered just the cheese. Everyone went nuts over this as a side dish with...
