Reviewed Orechiette with Sausage, Beans, and Mascarpone

I love this recipe. So quick, easy and delicious. I usually add a leafy green, usually spinach, escarole or swiss chard just to make it a little healthier. I too use the whole tub of mascarpone, and adjust pasta water as necessary to get the desired creaminess.
