Reviewed Broiled Halibut with Ricotta-Pea Puree

Loved it! Such a great presentation with all the colors. This would make a great presentation for a dinner party. I used Flounder (could not fine Halibut, what is up with that, I have had that problem a lot lately) and it worked nicely. Broiling is easy. Prep was easy and clean up a breeze.
