I like this recipe and highly recommend it! The key is use of the 7" ceramic Coeur a La Creme (heart shaped) mold (Ina recommends obtaining from Bridge Kitchenware) or 6"-7" sieve lined with cheesecloth and draining several hours or overnight in the refrigerator...
