"I wouldn't make this recipe again though it tasted alright. My 2 main issues were- 1, because the recipe didn't call for it, I didn't think to drain the meat and this resulted in a very greasy meat and veggie mixture. It looked so unappetizing. And 2, the parsnips were still hard after an hour of cooking, while the potatoes were nice and soft. "

"I went easy on the cumin and paprika and used the chopped tomatoes I had on hand instead of whole. Also went with chicken thighs instead of breasts. It didn't look too promising while I was cooking it but it did turn out very well and tastes great. We'll make this again!"
