Next time I would add a little onion salt and garlic powder in a paste with olive oil under the skin of the breast. Great dish and great presentation on the serving platter

I did a test run on this recipe for upcoming get together. The potatoes had a smokey flavor and the sauce was great.I am not a huge onion in potato salad fan, so I used less onion and gave them a soak in cold water first. Capers add a nice twist. I will be serving this to my guests."

The description of how to roll the steak was a bit confusing. Just be sure to roll it so you are cutting across the grain when you slice it for serving. I also left out the carrots. There was a ton of flavor going on in there without them. My family loved it and I look forward to serving it to my "Foodie" friends. Thanks Guy
