"Delicious. I can't really say enough. A little involved (I made it in January in WA so a lot of in and out of the house. Will make it again when we can stay outside for the whole process and should be easier), but well worth it. I used a little hotter peppers than the poblanos and we loved it. The salsa is great with chips also. "
