I did tweek it a little, I added a little sprinkle of kosher salt and at the end of cooking, I sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning on it, BUT be careful or skip the kosher salt because Lemon pepper usually has a lot of salt in it as well. I added a little of the marinate to it...”
