My Activity

Reviewed Tomato Feta Pasta Salad

"As I was making this recipe, I used about 1/3 the amount of feta it called for. If I would have added the amount called for, I know it would have been too much as other reviewers have suggested. The dressing was delicious. If you cut down the feta, 5 plus stars, recipe as listed.....too much feta. One of the best pasta dishes I ever made!"

Reviewed Mexican Meatball Soup

"Very easy and a great go-to recipe! I made exactly the first time, since then I have added corn and other flavors to my family's liking. Excellent soup!!""

Reviewed Salt and Pepper Salmon

"Salmon was moist and skin was crisp, the dill sauce was superb with it! I didn't have creme fresh, so, like another reviewer suggested, part mayo and part sour cream. ""

Reviewed Elsa's Warm Chicken Liver Spread with The Works

"I made this awhile back. I am open to different things, but this did not taste good. No one liked it, not even my father who loves chicken livers. ""

Reviewed Mushroom Canapes

"I too used fresh sauted mushrooms. It was a quick easy snack or appetizer. I wouldn't say they were out of this world delicious, but I would make again in a heartbeat. "

Reviewed Greek Mixed Grill Kabobs and Pine Nut-Orzo Salad

"In the words of my sons, "OMG, this chicken ROCKS!" My younger son likes / will eat seafood, he thought it was even better than the chicken. As for the pasta salad, I have made it a couple of times, first time followed recipe to the "T", second time made adjustments.
Hints: Use a very small, I mean small red onion, otherwise overpowers. I took other reviewers' advice, spinach over parsley and add quartered artichoke hearts, sunflower seeds over pinenuts (too expensive)turned out even better! The marinade was top notch! I made this on my George Foreman grill, turned out very, very good. Salad can be served warm or cold, I prefer cold, but that's just me:)"

Reviewed Baked Shrimp Scampi

"This recipe is super easy and delicious! My husband and son are already asking me to make this again. I broiled it the last minute and the Panko browned up a bit. It was a little mushy looking, but still very good! I think if you serve it over something, as I did, you need the full amount of butter and oil. But, if you serve it alone, you would not as much butter."
