"i'm sure this would have been delicious based on the reviews.. But unfortunately I have a new oven and am not accustom to the temp yet, and the bottom of the bread burnt before the middle even cooked. I even had the rack in the middle of the oven.. Huge disappointment."

"WOWZERS! Amazzzzzing! These were definitely time consuming but well worth the work. I used whole wheat flour tortillas since I despise corn tortillas. I added sauteed mushrooms inside the enchiladas with the olives and green chilies and cheese mixture. I'm not sure if frying the tortillas first helped at all because they were still gooey and soggy"

"This was delicious! I gave 4 stars because the cream sauce never got thick! I followed the directions exactly and I ended up with a soupy sauce. It tasted delicious but was very light [maybe that was the point?] I will definitely make it again and try my own cream sauce."

"DELISH! Not only is this stew packed with flavor but it is sooooo easy its ridiculous! I followed some of the reviewers and added red wine, sugar and garlic. I also added diatali pasta. I did use a whole quart of chicken stock, 14 oz was not NEARLY enough. Overall this recipe is a keeper, its such a different way to make soup/stew and its awesome!"
