This was my first time ever cooking with turkey burger... and this recipe is a KEEPER! Wow I was really skeptical about using ground turkey over ground beef, but with all the flavors put into this burger really made it a winner. Cant wait to make them again. I followed the cupcake recipe exactly as written, and these cupcakes are SO delicious. They are moist, cakey, and soooo pumpkin-y! First off- this recipe deserves 10 stars! 5 is not enough. Second, this is such a great easy recipe! I took the rolls out the night before, and put them in a buttered glass 9x13 pan. The next morning took them out and kept them on the counter for 2 hours while they rose to nice fluffy pillows. It was very easy to roll them out on my wooden cuttin"

I usually dont use emeril's recipes since they are always too in depth and take hours. Who has time for that?? Anyways, this was easy to follow and it was delicious... A little too spicy for me, but my boyfriend loved it. I used this marinade for shrimp and chicken.. Definitely will make again! I did not make the black bean recipe."

I'm not really a fan of meatloaf but my boyfriend is so I decided to give this recipe a try since there are so many positive reviews. I must admit it was very tasty but the meat to sauce ratio didnt match up.. There was WAY too much tomato sauce for 1 lb of meat. It didnt even cut into a "loaf" it basically just was meat that was swimming in tomat"
