Reviewed Stretch a Buck Turkey and Bean Burrito Burgers
"I've made this entire menu a few times, and we love it! I usually make anywhere from 6 to 8 burgers with it. Since it's just my husband and me, I freeze the extra. Then I get to listen to my husband ask several times a week, "When can we have the Burrito Burgers again?" Moist, easy and delicious! I do mash up the beans a bit so they blend in more "
Reviewed Mexican Lasagna
"This is a real "guys meal"; I really liked it, but the hubster LOVED it. I made it because I was looking for a really easy extra-quick, "throw-it-together-and-eat" dinner after a pretty rough day. Since this took about 20 minutes (By the time the chicken was browned, everything else was ready to put together...)), this SO fit the bill. Even though"
Reviewed Honey Dijon Potato Salad
"Just finished making this (about 11AM EST and let my husband taste it. Ever since, he's been "suggesting" that we have dinner really, really early today... Early, as in, noon or so-- he LOVED it. Nice and light, but truly satisfying. I'm planning on also using the dressing on salads; it's very quick and easy to make and tastes delicious!"
Reviewed Mac and Jack Salad
"Just made this for dinner tonight along with the rest of the menu from this show. The hardest part is keeping my husband from scarfing it up before we have dinner-- he loves it! It makes a *ton*-- and I even cut the recipe in half-- but we both thought it'll be great for lunch!
To those who said it was bland: In most recipes it's either stated ""
Reviewed Swiss Chard au Gratin French Bread Pizzas
"My husband and I made the entire "Week in a Day" episode and, while everything is delicious, this was truly a favorite. We cooked on Saturday (some good music on and a glass of wine made for a really fun day! and planned on having the Swiss Chard Pizzas on Friday night. The problem I have is every time in go into the refrigerator to pull out tonig""
Reviewed Ciabatta Cheese Steaks with the Works
"Per viewers' suggestions, I swapped out the ciabatta with a regular "sub" roll, and we loved it!
As for Kamelia's comment that "This recipe is NOT something that should be claimed by RR. Who hasn't made at least a version of it. To claim this as one of her recipes is cheating, but she is very good at that," I guess that means no one on Food Network can give suggestions for, oh, say, meatloaf, hamburgers, omelets, spaghetti and meatballs, beef stew, baked fish, etc. etc. etc. Guess we'll need to wait until the different cooks start making "stuffed chalk" or sauteed foam, huh? Can't wait.

Reviewed Roasted Vegetable Soup
"We're having our very first day of cool weather right now, and I couldn't wait to try this soup. It comes together in absolutely no time at all; my DH helped me peel and cube, and it took about 10 minutes to do all those veggies. Added the olive oil, salt and pepper, and-- like many other viewers-- cut a head of garlic in half, wrapped it up and tossed it in with everything else.
Finished product is *amazing*. My DH has thanked me for it about 5 times just today!
This has definately earned a place in our regular rotation: fast, healthy, and budget-friendly! Thanks, Ina!
