Reviewed Fiddlehead and Saffron Soup

This is a lovely, lovely soup. A different and delicate flavor and well worth giving a try in the spring
when fresh fiddlehead ferns are available. And even though you must rise and rise and rise those
ferns, and then cook them for 10 minutes in salted water, etc. It is so easy peasy to do. And again
