Reviewed Roasted Shrimp and Orzo

"This is a great dish. I think it needs a bit of a flavor punch, I add garlic and a bit of mustard in the dressing. Please do not add the shrimp with the dressing the night before or even the morning before serving, as the lemon keeps 'cooking' them and they get mealy. Yum!!!"
