Very tasty. It isn't tangoori as found in any Indian restaurant that I have been in but it is good. The spices end up a bit raw tasting, next time I will cook them a bit as they don't have enough time on the grill to cook. It did take about a minute more for our chicken to cook. Yesterday I made this recipe and it was wonderful and my family loved loved it. I did not have any problem with it curdling when I added the lemon. I drained it over night in the fridge with a little weight on top, but it honestly could have been served right away but maybe I beat it a bit to long as it was very thick. I did use full fat cream"

I can't rate the filling as I didn't make it that way - many reasons. But my problem was with the Wonton wrappers. The top layer did well but I had to brush it with olive oil... the lower ones were rather hit and miss. Some were nice others still tasted of flour and dried up dough. Maybe brushing each of the edges with olive oil would work or "

This is a great dish. I think it needs a bit of a flavor punch, I add garlic and a bit of mustard in the dressing. Please do not add the shrimp with the dressing the night before or even the morning before serving, as the lemon keeps 'cooking' them and they get mealy. Yum!!!"
