We love the freshness and versatility of this recipe. We add items orleave items out as we have them. You can also adjust the heat to your level by adding more jalepenos. We like to leave the oil out for a healthier option since the tomatoes are fresh from the garden."

My family loved this recipe with a few of our own substitutions based on what we had. We used a mixture of shaved asiago and shredded mozzarella instead of the jar of cheese/salsa. I also used the whole can of diced tomatoes with herbs since I didn't have salsa. We used green and yellow bell peppers from our garden. My 7 yr old loved the taste of "
