I stopped printing directly from the site years ago. I go to the print screen and copy and paste into a Pages/Word document. Then I format it to make it more step by step. I can then either print the final document or view it on my iPad to make the dish. I have hundreds of my favorite recipies saved and organized on my devices.

Pretty tasty recipe. But these is one editing mistake that may be dangerous for novice cooks. Towards then end, the recipe reads "Remove the shrimp from the pan to a plate and add reserved marinade." What an outstanding recipe! When Ina said she wasn't fond of raw fennel, but cooked fennel has a different flavor, I decided to try it. She was correct, it's very different! What a wonderful and flavorful dish. Everyone loved it!

I regret making this 3 stars because the taste was great. However, the liquid to rice ratio was way off. If you use the standard 2 to 1 liquid to rice, compensating for the lime juice, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, resting for 10 minutes, then everything works. It never works to add more liquid later, unless you are making risoto. "
