"I really wanted to love the recipe after reading all the ingredients. It was okay. My tips to make sure it turns out tasty- use LOTS of salt when boiling potatoes and cut them in smaller chunks. I will try this recipe again."

1. yes, use 5 tomatoes instead of 4
2. yes, use 1/2 cup low fat chipolte mayo
3. Use roll out crust- bake it
4. use smoked mozarella instead
