"I have been using this very latke recipe for over 10 years after my best friend shared it with me. I do think it is the best and my kids even love them cold! So I always triple the batch. The one thing missing on the recipe is that when you take the shredded potatoes from the processor you put them in a colander in your sink and put some weight"
