Something in this recipe is broken. We cooked the boulliabaisse mixture in the oven at 300 for over an hour and the sauce didn't boil, the chicken and potatoes were not done. We turned it up to 350 for another 15 minutes to finish. The 4 cloves of garlic in the rouille was inedibile by itself, but when we mixed a dollup of it into a serving of the"
