I made this for 4th of July. I did not do the basting glaze because I'm too lazy. I didn't make aioli from scratch either, I mixed mayonnaise with garlic paste, mint, lemon juice, cracked pepper etc. The burger came out awesome! Even my teenage daughter's friend who is an extremely picky-eater had two to my surprise. Definitely will be making this"
