"One word. Wow! This is the best chicken noodle soup I've ever tasted and after eating it, I can't believe that I actually made it! What a difference the fresh thyme and lemon made! I was nervous when I first added the lemon and cinnamon because it smelled so lemony, but when the flavors came together, it was perfect. I don't know if it was improper seasoning on my part or just personal taste but I added 1 crushed chicken bullion cube as a last ingrediant which really pulled it together for me. I will be making this again! Sure to be a hit!
