"I am an Anne fan...needless to say, I just can't salt the way she does, but everything else is always GREAT! I have made this shank recipe and it was very satisfying. I am having a large group over and I am going to do this recipe with lamb shoulders. The gremolata was interestingly different..will let you know. And you know what else...BROWN "
