I was a so called Chef in small restaurants in Louisiana, for about 25 years. I loved to cook but had to retire for health reasons about 6 years ago and I miss it.
Favorite Foods
I use to cook anything but my favorite is Cajun and Creole, isn't that funny I'm Italian.
