I usually follow recipes to the letter on the first try, then "tweek" them with some adjustments, however, this recipe is not worth tweeking. It is messy and not worth the trouble it takes to make it. Not only is it messy to fix, but the flavor is lacking. Complete waste of time. It would have been better just to make an enchilada casserole."

This is a FANTASTIC recipe! This is the first time I've made it, and it turned out perfectly. I even made my own Herbs de Provence (Emeril). If you follow the recipe as it is posted, everything will come out perfectly. My taste tester (hubby) really loved the potatoes and said this recipe is a "keeper"...and that doesn't happen often!
