Reviewed Easy Pizza Sauce
"I'm giving this 4 stars based on the changes I made to the recipe. I haven't actually tried it the way the recipe is written, but from all the reviews I've read on here I wasn't about to try it that way. I used a 6 oz. can of tomato paste, 2/3 cup of water, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/2 tb. each fresh oregano and basil, 2 cloves chopped garlic, salt & pepper to taste, and omitted the rosemary. I let it sit out at room temperature for a few hours and it turned out great! The sauce was the perfect consistency and my husband and I thought it tasted great on our pizza.
"These cupcakes were completely tasteless and rubbery. I made slight changes to this recipe, such as decreasing the oil to one cup, increasing the buttermilk to one and a half cups and increasing the cocoa powder to 2 tablespoons, but you'd think those changes would make them taste better, if anything. Nope! Completely tasteless! I was very disappointed. I had several guests anxiously awaiting these cupcakes at a family Christmas Eve party I was going to and everyone agreed they were not very good. I threw 15 of the 24 cupcakes right in the trash. What a waste of time and ingredients.
Reviewed Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie
"I made this last night and it got mixed reviews. Some liked it, some thought it was ok, but I didn't care for it. While the recipe isn't difficult to make, it is very time consuming. Not only that, it is quite expensive to make. I couldn't find mushroom broth, so I substituted vegetable broth instead. I also substituted green beans for celery since I don't like it and left out the celeric since I couldn't find that either. I think what I liked the least about this recipe was the gravy. I found the flavor to be very strange. The mashed potatoes were fantastic, but I used my own personal recipe to make those. I won't make this recipe again.
