Reviewed Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake
"Delicious and easy: a big hit. The only flaw is that the recipe should indicate to bake the cheesecake in a water bath. I always do that with cheesecake, and this time I didn't: I got cracks in the top as a result. However, the wonderful maple caramel covered the cracks, so I'm pretty happy (and so are the kids!).""
