So delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, but, instead of all the steps that are listed, I just threw everything in the crock pot all at once (I love my crock pot). I was afraid by doing that, it wouldn't come out as yummy as it's supposed to, but it tastes amazing! So glad to have found this recipe. Will be making it often, for sure!

Hubby and I made this for Thanksgiving as an "appetizer" before the meal. Everyone loved it. It is absolutely DELICIOUS! I thought the polenta alone was tasty as well, but of course the ragu is what has the most flavor. It was so good we are making it again for Christmas dinner.
