"I love this recipe so much. You can replace the berries with any puree-able fruit (strawberries, mangoes, peaches, etc) to make a delicious sorbet. I loved how I could taste the fresh fruit in the sorbet.The best part of this recipe is how easy it is. I am definitely going to experiment with juicy fruits (oranges, lemons, watermelons, etc). ""

"Amazing recipe. I replaced the rum with Martinelli's apple juice. (I doubt it made a difference).
It was a very tasty apple tart. I also crushed the leftover sugar on the pan to make a delicious ice cream topping.""
Reviewed Banana Bread with Pecans
"Since I didn't have all-purpose flour, I used bread flour (very fitting). I also left out the pecans. But, despite these changes, the bread was absolutely amazing.
I cannot describe how wonderful this bread is. You have to try making it. It's incredibly fluffy and light. To make things better, my bread finished baking in about 45 minutes.
