Reviewed Chicago Italian Beef (Pot Roast Style

"D E L I C I O U S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made a 1 lb section of the beef to do a "test run" for my husband and kids and it was great! BIG HIT. The au jus really made it good. I also added red peppers, green peppers, and a hot pepper (just for a little extra heat) and onions to bake to put on the the sandwich.
