Reviewed Chinese-style Rice Soup with Chicken and Ginger

I am going to have to fix this as another person also stated. I'm not sure why the slow cooker was even called for. I ended up with a pot of mush, my dog liked it mixed with his food. I'm going to make more broth and add the balance of the ingredients using a little rice that I won't cook for six hours!"

Very easy and very delicious. So good ,and easy to increase the amount if you need to feed even more people. I used two 28 oz cans of tomatoes because that is what I had. Do tomatoes even come in 32oz? I drained one can and part of the second and kept the liquid to add back if needed.Then I used about 1 1/2 pounds of pasta.


Reviewed Chicken, Sausage and Peppers

This recipe is delicious! There are just two things I want to mention:

1) Neither type of peppers said to seed. I had never used the jarred peppers before.They obviously needed to be seeded which I didn't do.

2) Prep time is much longer than the recipe states. There is a lot of chopping and prep of the ingredients...
