"Very easy to make and really tasty. This was a one dish main course. Seared on top of the stove and put the pan & meat in the oven to roast. We use a meat thermometer to make sure we get a precise medium rare. Highly recommend with Jamie Oliver's Mothership Tomato Salad!""
