Reviewed triple chocolate cookies

Feb 17, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I added 1/4 cup of brewed coffee per others' suggestions and the cookies came out flat! I will try with 2 Tbsps. coffee next time. Baked at 10 minutes instead of 12 and they were soft (12 would make them rock hard for sure!)

Amazing!!!! I could have eaten the whole thing all in one shot! I used feta cheese, did not roast the walnuts, and it was delicious!

Amazing! Major typo--"cloves" means cloves of garlic! Not like the spice cloves. I used red wine and beef broth, after sauteeing the major ingredients on the stoves (veal, vegetables, garlic and onions; then deglazed with the wine), put the broth and the rest of it in the slow cooker for 5 hours on low, and it was so delicious!

Amazing! Moist and flavorful without any weird coffee flavor. I usually use sour cream but didn't have any and this is a terrific alternative that is just as moist. My kids devoured them!

Reviewed Shrimp with Garlic Sauce

So good!!!! Love the crunchier version of this shrimp stir fry! Perfect balance of ginger and garlic (I used 4 medium cloves). I steam the broccoli in advance as it cooks more evenly once in the pan.

Amazing!!! So rich and creamy and tons of peach flavor! Great way to use up some peaches that were going bad from a recent peach picking trip!"

SALTY!!!! GAG!! Even where I just used 1.5 tsp. per other reviews, it was too much. My four year old spit it out! I will say that the crust would have been delicious if not for the salt, and the chicken was very tender. Next time, I'll delete the "house seasoning" entirely and add a pinch of garlic powder to the flour mixture instead."

This had great potential but WAY TOO SALTY!! I would cut way back on the salt and the thyme (overpowering); otherwise it would have been terrific. We threw it out. So disappointing!""

Reviewed Moroccan Carrot Salad with Parsley and Roasted Lemon

Aug 16, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made this for my one year old son, so I actually cooked the carrots in the caramelized lemon oil. I also added honey to the lemon oil to take some of the bitterness out. Delicious! Made the dressing for myself but honestly preferred the carrots without the dressing.""

So good! I followed the recipe for the sauce exactly, but halved the pasta per other reviews. More pasta than that would have been too dry. Excellente!""

The second time around with variations helped huge: reduced the blueberries to 1.5 cups, lightly tossed the blueberries in some flour, and used 1/4 cup of milk instead of 1/2 cup of half and half. The original version was very raw int he middle, no matter how much longer I cooked it. Great taste!"

Mine came out very raw in the middle, no matter how much longer I cooked it. I think 2.5 cups of blueberries is too much and the culprit--next time I will try for just 1 cup. The flavor was amazing though. Glad I tried this recipe before serving it to guests!

Excellent soup! Added oregano as the flavor was a little bland without it. Also used spinach instead of escarole (sauteed with the carrots and onions to give it extra garlic flavor). As always, prepared the pasta separate from the soup (adding pasta directly to the soup pot turns the soup into a casserole in a day!).
