"I'm not a Brussles sprout fan, I was looking for healthy salad with light dressing and this is came out really good. I used shaved Parmesan instead of Romano, and I put some more Almonds. Yummy!"

"this Cake is easy to make specially that the ingredients usually always available home makes it even easier, its very good but not the best! a bit dry definetley to eat it with coffee or even Cappuccino.
my advice is when you serve it warm... serve it with Vanilla ice cream!! ""
