Reviewed Double Blueberry Muffins

"Definitely add the orange zest and some juice. (I added the juice of 1/2 an orange). I also lowered the sugar to 3/4 cup for the batter. Watch the bake time too. Mine were moist, browned on top, and perfect at around 23 minutes. I used regular cupcake liners and got 17 muffins out of this recipe. Will definitely make these again!""

"These are the BEST made-from-scratch pancakes....and I've tried many other recipes! Very fluffy and delicious! Reviewed Nick and Toni's Penne Alla Vecchia Bettola

"1 teaspoon of salt is definitely enough! This is a good recipe but made according to directions was too salty for me and my family. I ended up not adding the parmesan since the sauce was already so salty. I would also use a little more onion and garlic next time. I have had bettola sauce at my local Italian eatery and had high expectations for this recipe but I would have to say that the local restaurant sauce had more flavor. I would try this recipe again but with some adjustments.
