I used teaspoon of 4 different hot spices, 1/2 of regular coffee, and kept the rest of the ingredients the same. Was fantastic and super easy. Plus the sirloin I used was cheap and good. I'll do this again for sure. I paired it w/a salad and sweet potato baked fries. YUM!""

"taste pretty good even after i forgot to use the lemon zest... the maple just gives it a different sweetness and I bet you can use this recipe for home fries. And they're mushy because sweet potato is soft and they're not FRIED.... sheesh if you want crispy fry them.
Super good I'll use this recipe again.""
