Actually it CAN be better. Separate egg and beat the white stiff, add yolk to your milk, incorporate, Add milk to the recipe then fold in the beaten egg white. Though a good pie, it could be better by using light cream instead of the overpowering yogurt AND more importantly the potatoes need to be roasted either in the oven or microwave instead of steamed.
