Reviewed Citrus Baked Salmon

"Made this last night... It was a hit, had a dinner party with 13 people. Had (2) 3.5 lb fillets. I layered oranges and lemon slices all over a foil covered baking tray than placed the large fillet on top, seasoned with sea salt/pepper then spread on the tomato mixture obviously more than doubled... Chose to leave out the wine. Placed in oven for about 25 min and it was amazing!!!
Served it with a Spinach mandarin salad, Lemon Basil chicken legs, wild rice, green beans w/ bacon and almonds, than a wonderful lemon dessert... Delicious!
