Made this last night... It was a hit, had a dinner party with 13 people. Had (2) 3.5 lb fillets. I layered oranges and lemon slices all over a foil covered baking tray than placed the large fillet on top, seasoned with sea salt/pepper then spread on the tomato mixture obviously more than doubled...
