Reviewed Mushroom Risotto with Peas
"Very good recipe! I have made it several times. Sometimes 5 cups of broth, sometimes 7... and it still comes out great. Pan frying scallops to top it off tonight, but it is very nice just on its own. Looking forward to making it as a main dish with a nice salad for dinner guests."
