Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

"I made this for Thanksgiving and it was AWESOME! I used 3 cups of penne macaroni and I only increased the cheddar cheese to 16 oz. and added about 1/4 cup cream. If I ever bring it to a pot-luck, I would use a whole 16 oz box of macaroni, and I think it would still be cheesy enough without having to double everything. Make sure you cook it the whole time, or it will not set up like it's supposed to. The noodles will NOT turn to mush. Very, very good!

Reviewed Turkey Taquitos

"twinmom702-I did the same exact thing, and then put them in the hot oil right away before they could crack again. I was thinking they would make good quesadillas too, and then you could cook them in just a little oil. I made the cranberry salsa too, but I only used 1/2 jalapeno in it, and it was plenty spicy enough for us. The taquitos and the salsa were very tasty!
