I made this for Thanksgiving and it was AWESOME! I used 3 cups of penne macaroni and I only increased the cheddar cheese to 16 oz. and added about 1/4 cup cream. If I ever bring it to a pot-luck, I would use a whole 16 oz box of macaroni, and I think it would still be cheesy enough without having to double everything. Make sure you cook it the whole...
