OK...so maybe I need practice with the tortilla's on the grill, but OMG! YUMMY! I made enough, so I thought, to take leftovers to work the next day and when I opened the frig...there was none to be found!! I'm thinking this was certainly a winner in my household! Simply delicious!"

Marinated a London Broil roast overnight and slapped it in the grill until it reached 145 inside temp. Cut it at the angle proposed on the show. Helped the meat to not be so tough! My only disappointment was there were no leftovers. Next time I wil...

Well, apparently this was a hit! I cooked it one late afternoon and made sure I tasted as I cooked and it was, in fact, delicious. However, when I returned later that evening to actually fix a bowl for myself, it was already gone! This is even after I doubled the recipe!! We only have 3 people in our household including myself and we're all o...

Wonderful flavor! The only thing I added was fresh spinach leaves. It took me longer than 20 minutes for prep work. Maybe I clean & trim my chicken too much. Maybe I'm still a rookie cook and don't cut & trim my veggies quickly. But this recipe was worth a couple extra minutes! Yum!!"
