"Wonderful flavor! The only thing I added was fresh spinach leaves. It took me longer than 20 minutes for prep work. Maybe I clean & trim my chicken too much. Maybe I'm still a rookie cook and don't cut & trim my veggies quickly. But this recipe was worth a couple extra minutes! Yum!!"
