Marinated a London Broil roast overnight and slapped it in the grill until it reached 145 inside temp. Cut it at the angle proposed on the show. Helped the meat to not be so tough! This was the best artichoke & spinach dip I've ever made! I made it as directed with the exception of adding a little more spinach. Wonderful flavor! The only thing I added was fresh spinach leaves. It took me longer than 20 minutes for prep work. Maybe I clean & trim my chicken too much. Maybe I'm still a rookie cook and don't cut & trim my veggies quickly. But this recipe was worth a couple extra minutes! Yum!!"
