"Really Easy! Really good. Really thick. Maybe my avocados were bigger than Giada's but after refrigerating I felt like I could roll it in balls, cover in cocoa and call it a truffle! On the show she said she put almond milk in it to thin it out but it has been removed in the printed recipe so perhaps it didn't really work after all. Some folks"
