"Made for my boyfriend's bday. Amazingly delicious. Halved the clams and pasta, but kept the sauce ingredients at original specifications. Also, I left in the garlic at the end. Thank you!"

"I switched out the couscous for quinoa, and added shredded chicken. Turned out amazing. To add some zest, I found a mango salsa recipe, and paired it with the couscous dish. The flavors worked together well."

"Followed recipe to the letter, with the exception of adding chicken. Not sure why some people are complaining. Maybe they are not using the real Parmesan. Don't buy the dried Parmesan powder that you shake out of a can. Please buy Parmesan as a block or pre-grated Parmesan.
Reviewed Herbed Quinoa
"I read the comments that the lemon is a bit strong, and thought to myself that I could compensate for this by adding addt'l items to the dish to spread out the flavor. Stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash, julienned carrots, cauliflower, and chicken. Then took the quinoa (which had been cooked already in the chicken broth and lemon herbs) and added to the stirfry. I let this cook together for a few minutes in the pan, and the final product was perfect. The veggies and chicken absorbed the flavor and made this extra delicious!!
