This turned out delicious! Definitely a keeper. I barely fit all of the ingredients into the casserole pan. You probably want to go with a really deep pan for this one.

This recipe was okay... I think hacking a chicken into pieces is a bit labor-intensive. Would be better to buy pieces already hacked. Also, I think a healthier version of the sauce (without all of the chicken fat drippings) would be better. Delicious but also not a very substantial dish. Add LOTS of cheese. Could also try adding couscous, quinoa, or some other grain to make this more filling.

Followed recipe to the letter, with the exception of adding chicken. Not sure why some people are complaining. Maybe they are not using the real Parmesan. Don't buy the dried Parmesan powder that you shake out of a can. Please buy Parmesan as a block or pre-grated Parmesan.
