Reviewed Orange Scented Mashed Sweet Potatoes
"I made this for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was a big hit. I didn't add all of the bacon fat, but did add a few extra slices of bacon. I also added enough chicken stock to keep the potatoes moist. But the cumin and cinnamon flavors, I felt, were appropriate. I did salt and pepper to my taste. I am making this dish to take to our holiday luncheon at work.
