Reviewed Coconut Cream Bread Pudding
"AWSOME! I have made many varieties of bread pudding. This surpasses them all.
I followed the recipe, except I only used 1 can of coconut milk and used the same can to measure 1 can of whole milk. I substituted nutmeg for cinnamon.
I did not bother with the chocolat sauce, it was fantastic as is.
